Acceptance
Kaojai (“the app”) is operated by Kebayoran Technologies, Pte. Ltd. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
The app helps you study a language using vocabulary, decks, and lessons you provide, with AI-assisted translation, image generation, and a voice-avatar practice mode.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
Your content
You retain ownership of the study content and photos you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that content to provide the service to you.
AI-generated content and API keys
AI-generated translations, images, and conversation may be inaccurate; verify anything you rely on. If you configure your own AI provider API key, you are responsible for that provider’s usage and any associated costs.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
