Perceptis — operated by Kebayoran Technologies

Perceptis is a private, invitation-only analytics tool for live-commerce sellers. It is not a consumer service and has no public sign-up. This page explains what data the tool handles, why, and where it is stored.

What we collect

  • Operator account details. The email address and password (stored only as a salted hash) of the staff accounts we provision for each client company, plus the company-visibility grants that control what each account can see.
  • Commerce data we ingest and analyse. Publicly visible live-commerce information — brands, products, streamers, streams, and the viewer comments on those streams — collected so the tool can compute sales and sentiment analytics for the operator.
  • Strictly-necessary cookies. A session cookie (sessionid) to keep you signed in and a CSRF token (csrftoken) to protect form submissions. A language-preference cookie (django_language) remembers your chosen interface language. These are first-party cookies; we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Account details authenticate operators and enforce per-company access. The ingested commerce data is the input to the analytics the tool exists to provide. The cookies above are required for the application to function securely; none are used for advertising or third-party tracking.

Where it is stored

Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Redis is used as a transient queue and cache for background processing (data refreshes and analytics jobs). Streamer avatar images are stored in our own object storage. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Third parties

We do not embed advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social-media trackers. The interface loads a small number of well-known front-end libraries (a CSS framework, web fonts, and charting libraries) from reputable public CDNs purely to render the dashboard; these are not used to profile you.
