Perceptis ("the Service") is a private, invitation-only analytics tool operated by Kebayoran Technologies. By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by Kebayoran Technologies for authorised staff of client companies. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is limited to the companies and data your account has been granted; attempting to access data outside that grant is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended business-analytics purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.

Data

The Service processes live-commerce data and account information as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics and insights produced by the Service are provided for informational purposes and without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
